Prosecutor’s Office for Drug Trafficking Crimes achieves a Prison Sentence against Three Men transporting 461 kilos of Cocaine in a boat/ship
Based on the evidence presented by the Prosecutor’s Office for Drug Trafficking Crimes, the Criminal Sentencing Court of Escuintla, dictated a prison sentence of 12 years for the three men, with an imposed fine of Q.50,000.00 each, for the crimes of illicit trade, trafficking and storage.
The detained and arrested individuals on March 14, 2023, are the following: José Rodrigo González Carvajal, Juan Francisco López Puluc and Roberto Antonio García Enríquez, while they were driving a boat/ship in the Pacific Coast, carrying 461 kilograms of cocaine.
