According to the investigations, on March 12, 2022, the victim was passing by the butcher shop where Raxá Macú worked in Zone 1 of the municipality of Patzún. He forcefully took her into the business and, using his physical superiority, committed the crime.
Subsequently, on March 14 of the same year, the victim went to buy from a poultry shop adjacent to the butcher shop where Raxá Macú worked. Upon seeing her, the now-sentenced individual grabbed her by the waist and took her to the butcher shop, where he raped her again.
