Case Corruption Semilla: Two Convictions Issued via Special Procedure of Guilty Plea
The Special Prosecutor’s Office against Impunity achieved two convictions based on the evidence presented, through the special procedure of plea agreements.
The Seventh Criminal Court of First Instance imposed a sentence of one year and six months in prison.
The convicted individuals admitted their responsibility in the commission of the offense of breach of duties. This marks the third conviction in the case.
In connection with the same case, two more individuals were indicted for the offense of breach of duties.
The court scheduled a preliminary hearing for August 2024.
