Zacapa: Man Sentenced to 19 Years in Prison for Sexual Exhibitionism and Rape Offenses
Through the Women’s Prosecutor’s Agency in Zacapa, the Public Ministry succeeded in obtaining an uncommutable 19-year prison sentence from the Criminal Court for Femicide against William Omar Ramírez Romero for a sexual exhibitionism offense (three years) and two counts of rape (eight years each).
These crimes were committed on separate occasions during the year 2018, in a property located in the San José hamlet, municipality of Teculután, Zacapa, against a minor.
