Guatemala and El Salvador Attorneys General Forge Strategic Agreement to Strengthen Prosecutorial Systems and Digital Capabilities

The Attorney General of Guatemala, Ms. María Consuelo Porras Argueta, and the Attorney General of El Salvador, Mr. Rodolfo Antonio Delgado Montes, signed a landmark technical and technological cooperation agreement aimed at enhancing institutional capacities, modernizing prosecutorial systems, and promoting secure, efficient information management.

The agreement establishes a framework to coordinate joint projects, share best practices, transfer technology, and implement advanced training for prosecutorial staff, focusing on digital transformation, operational efficiency, and strengthening institutional security protocols.

This strategic alliance targets the modernization of legal and investigative processes, knowledge exchange, and enhanced regional collaboration to ensure the effective administration of justice.

High-level delegations from both countries, including senior officials from the Public Ministry of Guatemala and the Attorney General’s Office of El Salvador, participated in formalizing the agreement.
