PM Develops the Well Being Fair for a Healthier, More Inclusive and Equitable Work Environment
The Public Ministry organized the Well‑Being Fair, an institutional space designed to promote the physical, emotional, and social health of staff, as part of its “Well‑Being” campaign and within the framework of the Gender Equality Policy.
The opening ceremony was attended by Vivian Amabilia García González (Director of Human Resources), Manuel Antonio Zamora (Head of the Personnel Development Department), and Lucrecia Varinia Vásquez (Secretary for Women).
During the event, various internal departments and external health organizations provided informative talks, medical evaluations, nutritional counseling, vaccination days, physical activity sessions, and recreational spaces.
The purpose was to foster a self-care culture and facilitate access to resources that contribute to a healthier, more inclusive, and equitable work environment.
With a gender and intersectionality focus, the fair ensured the participation of all employees and addressed their distinct needs.
Through this initiative, the Public Ministry reaffirms its commitment to creating safe, violence-free workplaces that center on the integral well‑being of its staff.
This event adds to the ongoing efforts of the Personnel Development Department, which has long promoted preventive programs and health‑promotion activities.
By hosting the Well‑Being Fair, the institution consolidates an innovative strategy that integrates prevention, education, and recreation — strengthening the quality of life, motivation, and performance of its team.
