The Child and Juvenile Prosecutor`s Office presented the supporting evidence to achieve a sentence for 47 years and 4 months, of non-commutable prison, for former teacher, Edy Manuel Montenegro Álvarez, as the case outcome, for the three occasions, he committed the crimes of rape and sexual assault, in addition to constituting penalties for aggravated offences.

The events took place back in March, April and May 2019, inside of the Official Urban Mixed School Number 111, where the defendant, as a teacher, abused a 13-year-old teenager.
The Criminal Sentencing Tribunal for Crimes of Femicide and other forms of Violence against Women, scheduled for August 30, 2023, the hearing to aim the effective remedies for the victim.
